This home was beautiful! Very clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything you need. The fireplace outside is glorious to snuggle in front of in the evening. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The Coastal Club is very welcoming, clean and had plenty of space. Giant Pool and hot tub were great. They also offer a day pass for $15 if you dont want to pay for the entire week. The location was easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood with more big, beautiful new homes. Route 1 gets congested but there are nice country back roads to get you to shopping and the beach. Only minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. Overall it was lovely!

Beautiful home plenty of space for the entire family. The coastal club pool was also a great perk to staying there. I definitely appreciated the welcome chalkboard with important info for us

We came with our growing family (we brought our kids and grandkids- total of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant) to Delaware and found that this home was perfect for all of us...The location is great, and the Coastal Community is extremely family friendly! We highly recommend this home for others to enjoy! Phyllis

Great location, perfect for families with big and small children. House was spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to spread out if anyone needs some private time. Beach is very close a very short drive and parking was readily available for the beach and very reasonable. Pool area was great and never overly crowded. Highly recommend this place.

The property and place are great, fully equipped, and plenty of thoughtful details around the house. Very spacious and comfortable for a large family. The backyard is beautiful with fountains and ducks in a big pond. The surroundings are very nice, and we barely noticed the construction nearby. The community has a very nice trail in the woods close to a lake where you can stroll, run, or bike. We had a wonderful time there and plan to return soon.

Great Golftoberfest Weekend This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine. (should be an easy fix). Steve & Sue were both great, easy to work with & very responsive. Sue even responded to texts with a few questions the night we arrived & her answers were spot & and extremely helpful!

My View Its was everything and more. Clean, everyone so friendly very quiet. The pool staff was so amazing. I enjoyed and so did my family

Beautiful property! Beautiful property & very clean! Probably the best property we have ever stayed at. Usually the first day of a vacation for us is a wash & involves us cleaning the entire house to get all the nastiness that was left behind from previous renters & to ease our minds but not here & that was such a pleasant surprise. So nice to be able to relax & enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay near the Delaware beaches!

Wonderful vacation! The house was huge, and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, actually all the furniture was fantastic. The property was excellent. The kids loved the waterslides, and we were thrilled that it was gated. The food and swim up bar were nice touches as well. Communication with the property manager was also fantastic. We would definitely rebook here!

Nice Beach house Gorgeous beach house, approximately 30 minutes from the beach with traffic. Lots of amenities. Great for family vacation.

Terrific property & manager! Great family neighborhood close to the beach. Lots of amenities -- golf, pool, fitness center and tennis! Left some personal belongings at the property when we departed and the property manager stood on her head to get them back to us. Amazing service!

Great for Families! Coastal Club is a great way for families to enjoy the Delaware beaches. Our townhome was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was an easy drive to downtown Lewes, the beach, and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together We had 3 families that came together from De, Tx and Fl. This home was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the screened in porch and loved having the basement for games. We also went to the pool which great! Overall it was a wonderful week . We definitely will be returning!

BEST (Really!!!) Vacation rental E V E R ! They house is perfect for ages ranging from age 3 -70. Room for everyone to enjoy themselves ...quiet spaces for reading, separate floors with TVs for kids vs adults vs toddlers. An amazing kitchen fully stocked with spices, dishes, cooking supplies. A HUGE refrigerator that kept a weeks worth of food cold. Plenty of ice. A fabulous gas stove. A wonderful propane gas grill. A huge modern washer and dryer. A lovely screened in porch. Extra blankets for chilly nights. WOnderfully comfortable beds. A great rec-room with a pool table and bar. A great place for the kids to hang out. Both an indoor and 2 outdoor pools, a large hot tub and a fitness center for guests ($15/day or $75/week per guest). The house was spotless ...such a wonderful find. Aslo, great neighbors!

Great vacation house This was a great fully-appointed home with wonderful coastal decor. We really enjoyed the fantastic rec room and back screened porch too! I would rent againit had everything we needed. The Coastal Club was a super quick hop in the car to spend time at the pool and trips to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach were short and easy.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood We had a great time on our vacation! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with an awesome pool. The pool is slightly smaller than the photos make it look, but still plenty of space. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. The frogs are comically loud at night but everyone was still able to sleep just fine. The ONLY downfall was the cell service in the area, which is no fault of the owners. Lots of farmland and new construction around so I assume that's why. The wifi worked great while in the house though!

Great House Near Lewes Beach This home was very clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and was in a great location close to Lewes beach. My extended family and I all had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the activities at the Clubhouse as well. I would highly recommend this home!

Great vacation House is very roomy and plenty of space for our family

A Perfect Family Retreat This was a truly wonderful stay for our family. The house was well-stocked and accommodated everyone in our family from my elderly parents, to the teenagers, to the toddlers with plenty of space to live and play. The neighborhood is serene and friendly and the amenities were perfect for a family getaway. The clubhouse and pool were a big hit! Easy drive to stores, restaurants, and Lewes Beach which might be our new favorite beach! Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. I would highly recommend for families of all ages!
